Production floor activity is scheduled, recorded, and tracked on a server based custom program. We bar code scan all production data, providing the real time information needed to respond to customer inquiries.
We set up the production floor along functional lines; however, depending upon the item manufactured, product cells are also used. To satisfy JIT customers, pallets and fixtures are used to maximize flexibility and minimize inventory waste.

The result is that we can produce for both high-volume and
high-mix requirements to satisfy a variety of customer needs.

Our Quality Department complies fully with MIL-45208A / MIL-STD 45662 / ISO 9000/AS9100. Bendon Gear & Machine surveyed and approved by many companies, including: AMETEK AEROSPACE, HELIX CORP, KOLLMORGEN, DANAHER, RAYTHEON (several divisions), and VEEDER-ROOT. We deal directly with the United States Government, including various U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force bases.

Bendon Gear is a certified supplier in several J.I.T. and KanBan Programs for precision machined parts and assemblies.
